He can't be the only mod of magic general, right? In any case, report it to a global or an admin if it actually bothers you. It is an obvitroll infraction but who knows when the guy somehow got modded after being permabanned. Does he get a one strike rule like kijin and kpaca did after their horrific abuse of the polling system while suspended?
