IF doesn't build you any muscle, as you'd expect, but it will stimulate fat loss more than eating on a regular schedule. If you mix in some HIIT (20 minutes maybe 2-3 times a week) you'll lose a bunch of fat without a lot of effort. I lost 40 lbs. when I switched to paleo,Just to know if you really have to work out to get results out of it. On other news, I've just passed the Rules Advisor exam so I'm officially a Rules Advisor now.
but the last 10 only came off when I incorporated IF.
