@z Triple queue? Geez, lol. I've been double queuing the 2mans in modern just to get a billion matches in to learn the lines, etc. and that is tough for me at times. On the plus side, playing 8 burn spells in an affinity deck is probably the most fun thing ever. It makes their artifact hate a lot worse, and I can just win out of nowhere by burning them down from 13 regularly (galvanic and shrapnel blast). The only matchup I still really have problems with is the snapcaster/bolt combo where they go all in on that and then land a threat, but other than that I've done way better than I thought I would being fresh to the format. It could be my lack of knowledge of the format is actually a benefit because I don't second guess myself on stuff. It has been a ton of fun playing modern, and am loving this deck. I *gasp* almost like it as much as the r/w burn deck that got me here in the first place haha. It sort of does the same
thing though -- can I count to 20 faster than you? Ok I win.

My s/b is still not the best, but its not terrible. Any s/b help from anyone who knows affinity better than I would be appreciated =D. I forget the cards I'm using now that I'm posting on lunch @ work but im running something like 2x cannonist, 3x enchantment removal (w flashback, ray of something), 2x torpor, 2x ancient grudge, 2x pro all colors w metalcraft guy, 1x welding jar, 1x whip flare, 1x blood moon, 1x rest in peace. How does that look to some of you modern afficianados?

I don't think Kiora, the planeswalker is very good in Tribal Zoo, Manu's list kinda reminds me of a retarded version of tribal Zoo.

Managed to get 41 this season, didnt have much time to play past 30 qps so only 11.

Next season I will definetely play Monsters variation, need to decide which version.

Grats on Zemanjaski's placing 174 (you just need to hit 150 to get into the finals at the end of the year), I won't be shocked if he over takes us all and hit 1st place in 2-3 months (80 QPs in one month is INSANE, I only got 36-37 for MOCS4 - I'm even busier for MOCS5 so getting that 35 is going to be a struggle).

Between us four, I believe Pedros and Z have the highest potential in hitting the top10 positions since they're the ones I know about who play 3-5 events at once in clan, you guys should over take us soon unless J_K also Q's 1+ events (Jedi_Knight you only single queue like me no?).

Dunno about overcomming you guys, I have masters to do, want to finish everything for my studies in time (I want to finish my studies in 5 years which is really hard in my faculty).

However when I play I play 3 events most of the time if I know the deck. If I learn it then I still play only 1 or 2.

I never ever played 4+ events at the same time. Max was 3 in 3 different format (modern, standard, block) where I 4-0, 4-0 and 3-1 a daily.

I plan on playing block constructed with either UW or RW heroic, since I just <3 the heroic mechanic. But you're right I just single queue for now.

Play mono red or Esper, will ship CFB lists if you need them.

I don't know how you guys manage to triple queue. It is probably just my computer, but double queing by itself is already a struggle for me

My gaming background is in competitive WC3:TFT, so triple queuing is still pretty pedestrian compared to that.

So I didn't make it to 15 oh well, maybe this month. I'm going to try to play as many sealed dailies as I can (probably 4-5 a week) and if I assume ~1 QP per, I should make it to 15 this season.

I didn't make it to 15 either, but I think I broke even in prizes, going ~60% in my 8-mans. Round 2 seemed to be the speed bump for me.

Rating is back up to 1650, down from 1550 (THE SHAME) during the height of my bitching.

I've gotten around 10 qps eah season and I only started playing constructed recently so I'm probably around 30 limited qps. It's a lot harder to get them, but I guess if I can start 4-0ing some of these sealed dailies maybe I can live the dream (hint: I have no chance)
