I haven't seen a female face other than the usual two at my LGS in almost a year. Hopes high, expectations low.

Standards moderate.

you need to lower them.

I think I can take it down to a 4.5.

how old are you again? there reaches an age where the standard will lower without you even realizing it, but i'm not sure if you're there yet.

like she totally crossed the line by sarcastically offering to hand out the dude's business card. making jokes on the internet is one thing but escalating an already tense situation IRL is uncalled for

I like the guy in the video at the end who says "I can't believe people like you exist" as the nerd storms out of the store.

that woman was being a bitch to that guy
she was unprofessional but the guy was raging pretty hard. not all people in customer service can deal with that stuff.

yeah I mean the guy did start the situation. it's just hard for me to feel bad for this woman who treats a customer like that

I haven't but I know I can maintain my composure better than this woman. I worked at McDonalds behind the register one time and this guy came back and slammed his tray onto the counter and demanded a refund because "the retards cooking the food forgot his pickles."
Instead of getting upset with the guy for calling my newly found friends retards, I gladly offered to make him another meal.

that said the guy probably just wants that girl's number because she works at gamestop and he thinks he can get that ass

although I thought the guy said "private" information but he said "public" so her sarcasm isn't exactly harmful.

TIME FOR ANOTHER EDITION OF KING'S COURT*!

Who's guilty in this situation and what price should they pay?

*An old Blathering segment I totally forgot about until now

King's Court - where the scumbags and dramamoths of the Blathering thread hold court to determine the guilt or innocence of the people in an amusing news story.

Both guilty of douchebaggery. One-hundred years dungeon

Does the court agree that charges of douchebaggery should be leveled at both people in this video?

Posted: Fri Sep 20, 2013 12:12 am

They should be sentanced to figure this out in the Nerd/Gamestop Staff pegging chamber

Posted: Fri Sep 20, 2013 12:12 am

yes they're both douchebags

Douchebaggery carries several penalties ranging from a day in the stockade to banishment from the village.

I say we add the minor charge of foolishness to the guy's charges since he make a public spectacle of himself while fighting to keep his information away from the public.

First-degree foolishness. Carries the harshest punishments.

I believe the male should be sentenced to getting publicly berated at his place of employment and/or in his mother's basement in front of his D&D group.

Posted: Fri Sep 20, 2013 12:17 am
by Second Harkius
First-degree foolishness is only reserved for the most extreme acts of drama or public raging.

Posted: Fri Sep 20, 2013 12:17 am
by Second Harkius
We should write up a list of all potential crimes and their penalties so we have a basis to judge in future editions of King's Court.

May I request of the court a point of reference?
