And what we want is for it to be as good for the members of MTGS as possible. The goal all along has been to preserve as much of what we have while working with their software support.

And really, you keep calling this "mod abuse" but I can't for the life of me figure out what this even means.

I do, but please try to understand that, especially under the current administration, it's aggravating to have you guys trying to anticipate our needs as though we were entirely predictable. I demand we get a section on this site called the peaksleezy where the rest of us who aren't allowed into the cool kid club clan can do the same stuff that they do. It's not my fault for being a shit poster, it's their fault for being to exclusive. In fact, they should be disbanded and high members banned because they make my feelings bruise. they even leaked posts from our supreme leader's special secret area that shows they had malice toward getting them banned, which are obviously fabricated because gutter.

actually people apply for membership and you allow/deny them.

say if user Yanni
wants to join, he goes to user contol panel -> usergroups, clicks the group and selects join.

Then you as a group leader will get the request and you can chose to accept or decline membership

Normally when you start a beta, you INVITE people to test things for you, NOT create accounts and use data from another place.

What MTGS is doing is like if SEGA used the accounts of Phantasy Star Universe to beta test Phantasy Star Online 2. Without the user's consent.
