she was unprofessional but the guy was raging pretty hard. not all people in customer service can deal with that stuff.

You are forced to have a membership card. They vary in levels depending on how much you spend and they give you stupid bonuses for spending more. You earn "carrots" for every dollar spend on a new game and double for pre-owned. You get carrots for pre ordering, trading and some special events.

Even if you are a grandmother buying your grandson a copy of lego star wars you still need to give a name and email to sign up.

Posting here and there, I got two infractions for nothing but civil disagreements with staff.
