Checkbox, don't be such an ass. Just tell Sene he's wrong. That'll be funnier.
But I would get infracted and then suspended and then they'd win...
They never win. Not once, not never.

Oh well Teia will relay on how this is all part of a raid and how the internet devils are pooling into one point
She will need some pretty deep cover to figure anything out

Don't worry baby, I've just been busy,

My tea's gone cold I'm wondering why I..
got out of bed at all
The morning rain clouds up my window..
and I can't see at all
And even if I could it'll all be gray,
but your picture on my wall
It reminds me, that it's not so bad,
it's not so bad..

Spam, did you check Raw out last night? Daniel Bryan vs Antonio Cesaro was one helluva match.

Well I, for one, find it terribly fitting that Ben's quoting Julius Caesar. He seems to think he's not the star, however, which makes me wonder if he doesn't realize he's definitely main character material.

For those of you heathens that don't get the snide:

Read a book!

I'm the only competitive female player at my LGS, and it's noteworthy that there's greater friction at the competitive level for women than for men. Pound for pound, people tend to think less of a woman's skills and accomplishments as compared to a male player of the same skill level and experience (I've had people get surprised that I actually won my WMCQ top 8 playmat, for instance). It's not a fun thing to experience, and I imagine that does a fair bit to discourage women from making forays into competitive play.
- Teia

LOL.

It's people like Teia that fuck up demographics.

guys i am watching this film called Hunger Games and it's the most blatant ripoff of Battle Royale

Posted: Wed Jul 24, 2013 3:59 am
by Second Harkius
i mean i've known about the film for awhile but jeez the woman who wrote this struck gold by knowing that Americans are idiots who likely wouldn't know that a Japanese version exists

Posted: Wed Jul 24, 2013 4:00 am

i should gank something from another culture and repackage it for an American audience and profit

sort of like how Airbender spawned from Naruto

N_S what European films can I easily repackage for a dumbed down American audience?

something with enough action to appeal to the masses but also has a hint of social satire that appeals to the critics and makes teenagers who read it feel like they're smart

now the middle aged Indian guy needs to be recast as a quirky Johnny Depp but the nonsensical plot and gratuitous action scenes can stay

Action - check
Robots - check
Big name actor - check
Low grade social commentary - ?

Posted: Wed Jul 24, 2013 4:13 am
by Second Harkius
hmmm my story still needs some low grade social commentary to please the critics / people who want some liberal social agenda in their films

Posted: Wed Jul 24, 2013 4:13 am

maybe the robots can be made by evil military contractors or fueled with oil obtained from drilling in national parks

oh and we need a PG-13 rating to be more inclusive / bring in that sweet sweet sweet family cash

Lord of the Flies also wasn't as exciting as I thought it would be. it really suffered from being an all-male plot

Posted: Wed Jul 24, 2013 4:42 am
by Second Harkius
maybe I'll rewrite Lord of the Flies but with college aged kids

that way it won't be so boring
