i can't imagine a job where you're using internet explorer would have anything going for it long term.

I work as a service rep for the municipality of Rotterdam. The job demands that I run a shitty virtual environment on my computer.

It's like the most boring and horribly coded MMORPG while you're on ventrilo with a bunch of people who yell at you somewhat incomprehensibly because they don't speak the language.

That last part actually lines up pretty well with some online gaming experiences

I'm seeing a lot of talk of "white knights" around this site lately so I found this emoticon that should totally be added to our emoticon repository:

Which is to say: since basically all the municipal software runs on W2K8 because licensing fees are a bitch and W2K8 is not fully compatible with other browsers, they don't
have that much of a choice. I still resent it though

a lot of this science isn't that promising and we're actually having some trouble figuring out what to write.
can you let me know if anything about cluster headaches comes up? One of my friends from our LGS has them and is always looking for new information/studies/science about them

I went 4-1 and got 3rd. Lost to the undefeated player.

Won 8 packs but they were good. Thoughtseize, Heliod, Temple of Abandon, Hero's Downfall, Boon Satyr, Bident of Thassa, Gift of Immortality, Artisan of Forms

i really don't like crunchyroll because they take away from licensers who actually go back and support the industry through licensing and distributing the shows in the US and from the independent sub-ers who don't house new content behind a pay wall just to watch it, so it basically fucks both ends of the anime community.
It's always so delightfully odd when someone around here espouses morality.
Please leave
your prescience here makes several more important people than you uncomfortable you see.
But in all seriousness, if you name who they are, I'll honestly think about leaving and never coming back, depending upon who they are.

what does "not
benefitting the scumbag" in an equation have to do with morality? i'm still espousing people use piracy to get anime, which overtly robs the original studios of money.
you don't need to answer that because i know this is just a flytrap, i'm just saying your idea of moral behavior is off.
I'm not sure what a "flytrap" is. Plus, I am not saying that you all are devoid of morality.

I'm just saying to a naive outsider, suggesting that there is a good and a bad way to steal things (which is the way that it sounds, rather than the "better" and "worse" way to steal things that you actually mean, as clarified by this post), just sounds strange.

That said, I've seen you take a very principled stance on a range of issues that I didn't realize that it was possible to take a stance on. (Like the Harlem Shake.) Usually, the positions I've seen you take are pretty erudite and well explained, though. So, I am usually glad to receive some education when
it happens, because there's a lot of shit that you could teach people about that has substantially more meaning than the value of Boon Satyr over the next three years.

i know you're not saying i'm devoid of morality, i'm just pointing out that there's stealing and sharing the boon with everyone (pirating animes) and then there's stealing and holding what you stole for ransom (crunchyroll). then the third option is waiting forever/not forever with kill la kill until a studio licenses a series in the US and you finally get DVDs or TV-time, but that gratification is usually delayed past the point of relevance and if you did a good enough job the pirates will pay you anyway to support you regardless of their free service.
