The worst I've ever experienced was several years ago in Chicago where 21 inches fell in a little over 24 hours. The drifts ate my dad's minivan. Three days later, most of it was cleared off the streets after they put 700 plows on the streets.

Yes and no. Sailormoon, Gatchaman, Ultraman, Guyver and Astroboy are pretty much superheroes. Anime/Manga has more diverse genres while the Western comics industry has floundered for awhile. Originally the comic book had a plethora of genres then Superman came. It wasn't until the 80's where independent books started to gain popularity again and now the independent comic scene has blown wide open bringing back a selection of genres.

Thing is now mainstream superhero comics are morphing the superheroes into these genres to make them "interesting" and "realistic." While the nu52 attempted to make Superman relevant they pretty much forgot
why Superman is Superman and in general why Super heroes are Super Heroes. They aren't meant to be realistic. Superman is our time periods Hercules.

If you really want to read a great Superman story I suggest reading All-Star Superman. You can watch the animated movie also but the comic is much better with conveying certain things and the animated movie misses out on some very human moments.

I just want to know one thing:

And in other news: restringing my guitar, cleaning the neck, polishing the knobs (giggity), cleaning crevices with contact cleaner, and changing batteries in my pickups and stomp boxes was deceptively fast and easy. Fast forward to the rig setup and I got lost for about an hour and half jamming on Iron Maiden and old Metallica. Who knew that jamming on Am I Evil at teeth-rattling decibels could be the best therapy session one could ever have?
