I have to go to a party tonight so I might miss the start of day two from Futureland, but I have been keeping the Z tweets flowing as best I can and will resume so when the event picks back up

I can genuinely say, I had no doubt that Z was going win... everything.
A few years from now, James is going to be spoke of like the speak of Dave Price, and co.

The spirit of the True Red Mage is like Cosmic Power in Marvel Comics. In times of great need, it selects one who is worthy to grant unlimited powers to and achieve a goal. Past recipients include David Price and Patrick Sullivan. Now it has selected zemanjaski to preach the gospel of Fire. So let it be written, so let it be done.

I don't think the magic the gathering article completely covered the retard emotion and response your opponent had with his misplays. That was quite entertaining. Excellent work.
Won my local modern FNM with faeries. Many had forgot how annoying it could be to play against. I forgot how fun it is to pilot.

Credit where it's due, Madding dispelled some incorrect assessment I had and helped me to substantially improve the control matchup.

I forgot to punch a hole through the chest of my round 1 opponent; fuck.
Afaik, two other players playing my list posted on CFB went 7-2; so combined we're 23-4.

Four match wins resulted directly from our work. In round 9 I beat Zheng Jinwei who top 16'd the last pro tour.

Then I am glad we got in the time we did, next time we will work more and they will just cancel the event and give you the trophy pre-emptively based on pheromones alone

I will accept an even less, but still measurable, amount of credit for supervising those MTGO games.
Keeping me honest, I like it.

Well I 2-2 dropped the PTQ after scooping to an illegal action. He Rifted my Mutavault to get in for lethal with me at one, and I would have been able to kill the Tidebinder keeping my Polukranos tapped, cleared his board next turn, and put him on a four turn clock. He could not have rifted anything else since I had a Caryatid and Hydra to block, so I'm pretty upset about it, but oh well. Live and learn!

That sucks, Val. There's always next time though! Like you said, live and learn.
