That single Riot Control is interesting. I wouldn't run it in my meta, but still interesting regardless.

I dont think there is a need for it in all honesty. Against Burn, which is the only real aggro deck we have an issue with due to our removal being bad, we have negates and dispels to compensate.

Honestly, Revoke Existence.
Anger doesnt kill Frostburn, doesnt kill Master, and it doesnt kill Thassa. Sometimes it doesnt even kill Cloudfin Raptor. Killing Thassa is big game.
So after swinging with Prognostic Sphinx against Control and bottoming 8 lands to draw into 3 counters, I will never be leaving any house without at least 1 Prognostic Sphinx in my 75. The card is incredible and singlehandidly won me the game against control.
I went 2-2 last night, but my round 3 opponent was at 1 life and I missed 1 damage from a mutavault pumped by Master of Waves, and then drew 8 straight lands. Then my opponent drew the nut vs me and beat me.
I then lost to some weird Mono-Enchantment deck that shouldnt exist due to the fact that Mono-Black and Esper exist, but it did....and it crushed me.... >:(
I'll look into which I'm playing on Friday, UW or Mono-Blue. I like both, both have merits, but I need to figure
out which one is more needed for the metagame.

I find it funny that control players seem to sweat more in the face of Sphinx compared to Big Jace. You would think it's the other way around.

Tried the deck out today again and went 2-2, losing both to green decks. Every time Mistcutter hits I lose. They all seem to board a full set of them considering control is big in the meta.
Is it just terrible luck or maybe I should look into sideboarding something else, maybe Ratchet Bomb? Or maybe a white splash just isn't right for my meta and black would work better?

How many pack rats do you deal with? Banishing light could be an easy sub in for Dsphere.
