So the DotP trailer reveled a shit ton of new cards that are very likely in M15. Some notes:
- Convoke is the returning mechanic.
- A color cycle of Soul of ______, where the blank is a plane. Green is Zendikar and Blue is Ravnica.
- Each color is getting a lord on a stick for uncommon with extra effects.
- Vengevine is back, as is possibly Raise the Alarm and Squadron Hawk.
Some guys on Sally is putting together a list:

Dunno if it'll see play, but I actually like the staple high cost red dragon of the set. It blows up your opponent's board when it attacks.

Inferno Fist actually seems decent:
Inferno Fist 1[mana]R[/mana]
Enchantment - Aura (C)
Enchant creature you control.
Enchanted creature gets +2/+0.
[mana]R[/mana], Sacrifice Inferno Fist: Inferno Fist deals 2 damage to target creature or player.

wow, that's actually playable.
I like that they're making aura's a constructed viable card type finally.

Trading pile assessment pls:
Guy one:
Foil Deathrite Shaman
Guy Two:
2x Snapcaster Mage
1x Deathrite Shaman
I'd do that trade in a heartbeat. But then again, I don't care about foils and I need two Snappies...
Wanted to second this.
Also, whoever is getting into DotA, if your team has picked 4 agility carries please, do not pick the 5th, pick a support. If you don't know who to pick as support, pick Crystal Maiden. Every team loves Crystal Maiden.

Convoke is awesome, I'm glad they're doing it again. It was so barely present in City of Guilds, despite being a pretty vanilla mechanic.

I got a new amp yesterday. Blackstar Idcore Stereo 40. Only $200, but it really brought out just how shitty my old amp was.

I really like the flavor of the Soul of X cards.
Betting black one is Soul of Phyrexia (duh). What planes do you guys think the others will be? White surely wouldn't be Serra's, maybe Soul of Innistrad.

I've heard good things about blackstar. Sometimes all it takes is a decent amp to take your tone to the next level.

Soul of X Cycle might just be creatures from Planes featured in Duels 2015. Zendikar, Theros, Ravnica, Innistrad, and Shandalar are al featured. Based on that I assume Green, White, Blue, Black, and Red.

MODO is entirely realistic. I have an opening seven with three lands. I proceed to topdeck six straight lands after scrying one to the bottom.
My deck has 21 lands.

So there's gonna be a Modern FNM and a Standard FNM firing simultaneously tonight at my LGS. I don't know which format I want to play. So I'll bring both decks. Burn...and Burn. Maybe they'll do Legacy too and I can bring a third Burn deck....

The dude won't let me. Though if one doesn't fire I can play in the other. However, I think I'm going to go with Standard only because I want more experience in that format with Pillar Bear.

K I see Onar's posts but no dialog. What am I supposed to be seeing?
He hasn't done anything...yet. Well, except for just being annoying by posting constantly in this group and talking to people that I know as if he knows them really well. Which he doesn't. That, and he keeps referencing that lame ass site of his.
I'm waiting for the right time when he says something really retarded and then I'm just going to lay into him.[/quote:

I've heard good things about blackstar. Sometimes all it takes is a decent amp to take your tone to the next level.
Some really bad 10 Watt Ibanez that came with the guitar.
The amp is nice. There's a lot of different delay and reverb and overdrive functions and none of them cause any kind of breakup.

Sweeeeet
Alex is in Charlotte, which is close to the border of northwest SC.
I lived in Charlotte for about 16 months and didn't like the city at all: downtown culture is weekday business class, Independence Blvd is a 10-mile dystopian stretch of strip malls, suburban hamlets are super self-contained and boring. Alex can probably hype the good stuff for you, don't let me scare you off.
We're in Raleigh now: better breweries and game shops, vibrant downtown, cool nearby small-town districts like Carrboro (catching a Neutral Milk Hotel show there @ Merge 25 festival).
Google fiber infrastructure is being built in Cary, parts of Raleigh, RTP at the
moment.
