I believe I articulated why Red Aggro sucks some days ago, though thirst's deck looks promising.
I wouldn't put too much faith in it. You know I just threw the list together while posting and then made up some bullshit about a vague imaginary friend testing it to lend it credence, right?

Waiting to get my haircut and catching up on the thread. No Photoshop powers on me right now.

I'm staying away from small red Aggro right now for standard. I've had the same feelin LP has had with red lists. I've headed in a R/G direction as well but also splashing blue for Savage Knuckleblade and Temur Charm. "TESTED" some games against my friend's Naya list last night. Heir of the Wild is solid. Stops opposing fatties from coming through or gets in for 2 to 3 damage. A turn 2 Rabblemaster is pretty ridiculous too.

I'll post a list tonight either here or make a thread in the standard section for it. Really liking how it plays out.

I like Heir of the Wilds as it's the only card besides Polukranos that can kill Siege Rhinos in GR.

1. Alex go build the program, updated for the current card pool. Or if it exists already, provide it for the clan. Otherwise stop your empty posturing.

2. The best archetypes in testing have been BGx and Mono Black Aggro. Junk is better against the field (not that we really know what the field looks like), but bug obliterates junk.

3. Have been testing Treasure Cruise in UR Delver in modern, it's very degenerate. I can see it being banned in legacy within six months.

Quick dumb question: does putting a morph creature card into play trigger Eidolon of the Great Revel's ability?

That doesn't make sense.

No converted mana cost for most intense and purposes is less then 1.

Pyrostatic / eidolon DO trigger even though No Cost =/= less than 3. Judge / rules fail, but conduct yourselves accordingly.

Putting a morph creature into play is considered casting it.

702.34a Morph is a static ability that functions in any zone from which you could play the card it's on, and the morph effect works any time the card is face down. "Morph [cost]" means "You may cast this card as a 2/2 face-down creature, with no text, no name, no subtypes, no expansion symbol, and no mana cost by paying {3} rather than paying its mana cost." (See rule 707, "Face-Down Spells and Permanents.")
