This day has gone on far too long. Freedom, imopen and Zem are all scum in my mind so I have no problem laying the hammer down on any of them. Someone had to do it, so I figured I'd take the initiative. I'm sure Zem's scum team will off me tonight anyways.

Aww, shit. I was actually town. Now that you know that, would some of you please give some feedback on my play so that I don't do this to you again? Also, since zem was pretty much the only player against whom I had developed a case, how do you feel about my case on him in the new light of my proven alignment?

Try not to comment on your own play much. I felt confident you were town but some people here will jump on any signs of "self awareness."

Well, we don't know for sure that you're town until the flip. Even though that post makes me doubt our lynch now.

Your questions are probably best left for the wrap-up after the game has ended. I'm sure Stardust or Iso or other more experienced players could give you some input.

We also have 4 scum in this game, and if you flip town I expect 3 or 4 to be on your wagon.

It's also important to know that lynching scum day 1 is very hard to do correctly. In my experience and from what I've heard, town usually get lynched day 1 but the interactions help hunt starting in day 2. I wouldn't take it too hard if you're really town.

Yeah, if you're town, be town. You don't need to try to be town - you are town. A lot of this game left you feeling forced and unnatural, which is usually a good sign of scum. I tried to defend you since I thought all that was coming from the same place as last game, but then you let your posting slip at awkward times. I don't know what advice to give you there other than to care about the game whether you're about to die or not.

Im fine with a freedom lynch. Im just trying to make sense of this page, and in particular your hammer and mudslinging at suga, and suga attempting to hammer even though freedom had 7 votes on him.

I don't know what to make of Stardust's recent play. The voting slip doesn't seem genuine; the doctor claims are weird and unexpected from my previous games with SD. Fate's play is consistent with what I've learned about his scum game.

So you guys hammered Freedom. I find Captain Murphy, Iamopen2, or Fate would have been better targets. I think to many of town this game are fairly stupid, to quiet, and flaky. Zem did a good job with the write up against Freedom though but I think to many are bandwagoning on with Zem instead of making their own reads/calls (not accusing Zem of Bandwagoning). DroppinSuga ,or DroppinStupid as Zem so appropriately called our special ed. player, has contributed nothing but scum posts that just jump on vote trains to lynch anyone with significant movement. Fate is not
much better and warrants investigation as well. I still don't like Stardust claiming the doctor, and wish he/she would stop it as it does nothing but raise my suspicions.

I stated my support for a freedom vote if it went high enough. Even though you guys hammered; I still have to complete my claimed duty. Freedom has just been way to scummy as of late.

You can kill without using your brain, but you'll get better results if you try your best to use it.

You realize that I'm town, right? There is absolutely no reason for me to lie when the lynch is locked in. You just voted for a townie unnecessary. Now is the time to talk about the "what ifs" of the night kills before they happen. I have a feeling that the town will be targeted Night 1, rather than those whom each scum team thinks is on the other team, since the scum need each other early to quickly eliminate town.

I appreciate your help and comments. I do have more players in my scum list than the
game has for scum. Problem is that so many are reading as scum, lurking, posting stupid crap, making unconfirmed claims, or defending scumy posts of players. Damn this game is hard and it's difficult to pursue all the leads to check them out. Town is pissing me off as they are just jumping on bandwagons without any good reads. Rcw is really is not contributing much unless its about Freedom or checking others opinions, but that's it. He really is not scum hunting. Rez is commenting most of the time unless asked a direct question. G_R is posting more with actual content, and he seems to go after with the outlier/lurking players. Still not much content on others from him to help town. Manders has been damn near silent from just a few posts early on and just the discussion with me. I thought a pro player like her would have given more to town. What can I say? I am very concerned that town players, besides me and Zem, are not really playing this game. Freedom has been a terrible distraction from good scum
hunting as Captain Murphy and Iamopen2 are our best scum targets early this game. Why is he defending/bother to post town reads on both? Scum teams are 2 and 2, thus which one is he on? Sadly, if he roles town; it does not reveal much to me as he could have been just posting crap. I wonder if scum are all posting scum reads to confuse us.

@Freedom, I gave my word that my vote would be there if it went high enough. Even though it exceeded the minimum; I gave my word to do so as you are a terrible distraction from scum reads we had earlier game.

Soon after all arrived, the heated discussion began. Fingers were pointed. Names were called. People told others to die in a fire. Some even posted gifs because why the fuck not?

All were aware of the evil that had infiltrated their numbers, but who among them needed to die?

Hours passed. The rising sun began peeking through the drawn curtains. Tensions rode high. Finally, one man was chosen to be the first to leave this existence.

Freedom was immediately grabbed by the shoulders and taken to the podium behind the table. Someone removed their belt and bound his wrists. Malace shown in everyone's eyes. This one. This man was evil. He was here to destroy and subjugate; keep the city of Peaceville in disarray. This man needed to die.

Fate grabbed the ceremonial spade from the table and struck Freedom from behind with it upon his
legs forcing him into a kneel.

Fate handed the shovel to Stardust. Stardust looked Freedom in the eyes deeply, as if the stare alone could stop his beating heart. It didn't. However, the spade took care of that. Swung with all the fervor he could muster, Stardust married the edge of the spade to Freedom's temple.

A sputter. A sound of collapsing weight. Dead.

The rest of the folk immediately began searching Freedom's body. Looking for any sign or insignia; proof of Mafia affiliation.

The search was brief.
It is now Night 1. Do not post. Night ends at 31 January, 2014 11:59 EST

The town's first attempt at purging the evil within their ranks proved unsuccessful. Defeated, all return to their houses, the proceedings held in recess for the night.

Well, maybe not all of them. For some, there was work to be done that night. Five, in fact, would find themselves not making it under their covers.


The next day the citizens return to the Town Hall to continue the summit. One by one, they file in and take their seats once more. Yet...something seems to be off. Perhaps...

...yes. There are fewer here than there were yesterday!

With a renewed sense of urgency and terror, the town begins deliberating once again.


Day 2 has begun. With 11 alive, it is 6 to lynch.
