I once tried to design a card game based on working at a Ren Fair. The idea was that you had a "Reality" rating that if it got too high you quit your job, and the more customers you dealt with the faster that rating increased, but you could reduce your rating by purchasing goods and services from the fair. It got as far as the playtest stage, and I did receive some positive feedback from people who actually work at one (well, several), but I never really thought of producing it en masse 'cuz the demographic was pretty small. A few cards that I can remember off the top of my head:

Lose 2 Reality at the beginning of each of your turns.
