you went 3-0 three times today alone right? that 6 points, do that for week or two (maybe less since you already have points from the beginning of the year) and you'll be in the ladder - keep it up and make top 150 and you'll be able to play for the finals at the end of the year.

yeah, then i just went 2-1 after mulling to 4 in game 3 against hexproof. very beatable deck for me.

nope, you just need to be in top150 which is good because it would be impossible for to catch up with the top 10 since I only play 1 event per day (top10 are like 3x my points) but hardcore grinders can make it.

BTW what deck would you be willing to play for Modern Kait (something cheap please)? I do have a fair number of cards I'm not using, I'm sure Ham can help as well.

EDIT: Going to go D/L the beta to see if it improved or not.

depending on how my $$$ is at the end of the season i might go in for a top level modern deck just to have one on hand going forward, even though modern doesn't interest me much currently

i ask cuz my qp's seasons 1-3 are limited so i really only have like 10 for constructed

Still doing good.

In regard too your limited points assuming you didn't play any constructed, just look at how many QP are left in your collection +QP which you spend on prelims cause that would equal your current limited score.

something fucking weird. mono black combo/graveyard interaction deck using dark prophecy and sac effects/whip of erebos/gray merchant to draw a shitton of cards and gain life. I got him to 4 and he nightveiled away the winning boros charm g1 then proceeded to gray merchant me for 22, sac the merchant, whip it back for 22 more (I was at 30ish).

got him to 4 again the next game as well before he stabilized with gray merchant and devours

Well I qualified for Modern Prelims - though that pretty it for me until next week Wednesday (though I'll still play MOCS3 on the 8th (which happens to be my 9th)).

I forgot to mention MOCS4 card is [card]Lion's Eye Diamond[/card]... if those are are unaware the normal ones are valued at $130 online, MOCS4 will be giving away 1 foil and 1 non-foil alt-art [card]Lion's Eye Diamond[/card] if you get 35 QP so that will translate into 300-400+ tickets which will go up in value if you wait.

I don't know about you guys but sitting down to farming 8-Mans to hit 35 QP seems to be a good idea.... hell if you have time farm 50 QP and enter prelims to win extra [card]Lion's Eye Diamond[/card]

Sadly I won't have time for that, but Jedi_Knight and Pedros go get those QPS!!!! (and over take me on the ladder while your at it).

I didn't realize that you get two promos if you reach 35 QP. Two LED's is a nice incentive to reach that (currently at 8 ).
