that's just because the site has not enough traffic.to be evaluated by WOT so they put poor by default
But I have got good news for you! All you need to do is to write a review in WOT praising the trustworthiness of our Child Friendly DTR site and if a few people do that it will become green and the state will be even raking in more green bills!
