Heard it at the LGS, apparently MaRo has all but confirmed (as in strongly hinted) on his blog or whatever, that the green deck will sport Freyalise as the planeswalker.

Sounds cool for those of us heh?

there always were, and there will always be manchildren. Its just that in when magic didn't exist, they just did other stuff

Now that's news!

Does this mean she's still alive?

She died with the old cardface during 8th Edition purge, but they have probably cast some spell to bring her back

Proper Resurrection doesn't exist in the MTG storyline.

Zombie Freyalise as a black planeswalker!?

Also, she was definitely still alive during Time Spiral block. She died to close the time rift over Skyshroud, if I remember right.

That was a (poor) joke.

She's supposed to be the green planeswalker. Ofc it would be awesome if she had some sort of old cardfram (don't even know how it would work with the planeswalker frame).

Ha! We totally called it!

Freyalise, Llanowar's Fury 3GG
Planeswalker - Freyalise
Loyalty: 3
+2 put a 1/1 Elf druid into play that has "tap to add G to your mana pool."
-2 Destroy artifact or enchantment
-6 draw a card for each green creature you control
Freyalise, Llanowar's Fury can be your commander.
