i did learn in my few moments there that commander 2013 is going to be on continuous print so there's no actual reason to buy the decks at $40+. unfortunately the comic store closest to my office had a 2 decks, 1 of a single deck per customer policy, but they were at MSRP, so i don't have to stalk every TRU or target in a 6-town radius to get my baleful strix, true name nemesis, and condemn but for non-lands in full effect.

Grixis deck apparently sold out in 45 minutes. Esper deck wasn't far behind. I picked up the other three over lunch and the owner informed me that they'll be getting more
in every week until forever, so... yeah, True Name Nemesis isn't going to sit at >$30 for long.

i'm actually really happy about that. that's a sales move that's good for the players, since otherwise the target audience for this product has absolutely no way of getting copies of it.

yeah but is that card worthwhile in a non-commander format? one of the blue ones has that look at 3, draw 1, discard the other 2 sorcery that went up to $22 on speculation a year or so ago from P3K. i have no idea what the card you referenced does.

i literally have no idea how to handle the situation. i asked if he wanted another copy and he asked if i would pay for the shipping when i've already incurred an 11%+0.50$ fee on the sale so basically by the time i complete the transaction i will have a net $0.10 or something not worth any of this effort. i'm almost willing to just refund the purchase and be like "here's your money back keep the card please revise your feedback thanks have a great day bye"

how do you handle someone dissatisfied with $2 of product like i don't understand it's $2 that's virtually 0 lost expected value when the cost is "not near mint enough"
