I just watched the episode where Law punches out Smoker's heart; fuck I'm a badass.
I want his shirt.
I have the hat and the hoodie, courtesy of Pippy.

Finally sleeved up a version of Walter White and smashed to 4-0, 2-0 in every match. I ended up loving Tajic more than I could have imagined. Dude is totally great.

Also played a singleton Aurelia's Fury in my deck, which (literally) won me the game in one round. Was sweet, 9/10 would do again.
What was the play? I have it as a 1-of in my Modern Dega Pyro deck, kicks ass at EOT tapping down blockers for alpha strikes.
Unfortunately it wasn't terribly flashy. My opponent was on UW, I Magma Jet his Aetherling EoT while he had 3 mana up. He flickers, I Fury him for
X=lethal since he no longer had Dissolve mana up. I think the actual X was like 4. I just remember it was out of range of my normal burn spells.

I regularly used Aurelia's Fury as Cryptic Command back when I was still playing Boros before rotation, though. It's a sweet card.

Sphinx could do some busted things... Hydra looks insane, but dies to removal. Dragon and Demon are limited bombs, but not much else. The white one is just horrid.

An enchantment that on attach has Tribute 2-3 or target creature gets -3/-3 or something would be snazzy.

Hi guys :) I've been looking at pics to use for an av to go along with my forthcoming sig from NBW and I really like this letter Z - taken from the Z in LaZerBurn (which is taken from my surname 'Lazenby') but I'm thinking it might be confusing as Zem is already the resident Z on here :) What do you all think?

Went to FNM. It was standard two headed giant. My buddy and I brought our usual decks, but we didn't realize it was two headed giant so quickly before the tournament I boarded out almost all of my 1 and 2 drop creatures as quickly as I could.

On the plus side, we won. Primeval Bounty was the MVP of the night. Resolve that thing and there was no way they could do anything about it. Play a mana dork? Get a 3/3. Play a land? Get life? Fleetfeather Sandals? Equip and put 3 +1/+1 counters and swing for 9. Throw in a Garruk, Caller of Beasts and he's making tokens like fucking crazy.

His job was to kill them, I was playing the burn control deck that would pitch in later with Assemble the Legion and [card]Elspeth, Sun's Champion[/card].

There was a moment in game 2 when the
other team cast Thoughtseizeand targeted my buddy. He had Nylea, God of the Hunt and Primeval Bounty in hand. Both of us were praying, "Not bounty, not bounty, not bounty". We lucked out and they didn't take it.

Mono Red.

It's weird. Aggro Devotion? I'm eschewing Mutavaults for Nykthos. Maindeck Mortars. I like the idea of a turn 4 Stormbreath or an early overloaded Mortars. 8 1 drops, Phoenix, Chandra, etc.

And since I don't see the need for Act of Treason in the board, I filled that slot with Peak Eruption.

I'll see how it goes.

I share your thoughts  hopefully we'll get some other RW goodies (or just a decent instant speed removal which doesn't cost 4 and can't kill demons).

The new pre-release cards are better this time than last. The tribute only works if works if the opponent has a dude in the field. Also, Elspeth does not care unless you have Nylea on the field. To situational in my opinion. The dragon suck ass. I can only burn when he attacks? Why not blocks as well? Lame. The demon looks cool for limited as it is nice to have non tapping kill ability. The blue dude is cool for commander but I can't think of anything else than maybe eldrazi or tron builds?
