We landed on Theros, votes turned from lynch to champion. Stardust warned that if we left the plane votes would count for a lynch. Original plan was to champion Pedro. I pointed out that the risk of a planeswalk+hammer post was too high, after some discussion, rcw complied and planeswalked away, votes for Mc ensued and RedNihilist got a night shot, lmd won't see another sunrise and we're discussing who to lynch before the deadline this Friday.

When you don't know what to do and a confirmed town player points at somebody, it seems to me that you should heed that advice. You've railed against this multiple times but still haven't explained WHY it's bad. That makes me think Khadaffi might be your scumbuddy.

I'm not going to hide the plain-to-see fact that I haven't been the most active player in this game. That would be ludicrous. But it seems to me you've actually been less active, which was the point I was making at the time. Explain how that's bad?

I confirm my lynch options and don't see the case on rcw. The fact that he planeswalked away from Theros, a very viable scum chance to win the game, makes me believe that he is town.

In this case, red's choice of lmd who was getting lynched anyway makes sense, since it divides town opinion again and is a good chance to set someone up for a mislynch.

Devouring LMD was the optimal play, I don't want to spoon feed you but you've got enough elements to understand why.

How confident are we all that we're correctly devouring scum McDonalds and not town McDonalds?

If we're confident that McDonalds is scum, then he's given us 2 pretty loud things to follow to try to find his buddy. First, his yelling at me for following Ria's advice to vote Khadaffi. Since all he's done is yell about it and not actually say why it's bad, this could be him trying to defend his scum buddy. But second, when he said who he might vote for, he said Khadaffi and me. The next scummiest person, who McDonalds didn't list, is G_R. So is McDonalds not listing his scum buddy (G_R), or is he busing his scum buddy a little bit (Khadaffi)? I know this has its share of WIFOM in it, but if we're confident that McDonalds is scum then maybe he's left clues about his scum buddy?

My vote will be either G_R or Khadaffi, and I'll need to isolate both their posts to determine it. That probably won't come until late tonight or tomorrow sometime.

It is if it leads you to "confirm" him as town, LMD was gone anyway, the lynch was already in progress. It's also clearly a good townie choice, which is what a decent player with a scum PM would look for. See, the choice itself is not making Red scummy. What convinced me that he is scum is how strongly he advocated to stay in Theros (seriously, it was a VERY bad idea for us) and how he started mudslinging after we left. What I'm saying is that the choice to devour McD makes sense even if he's scum. Even more if the scum team is only two people. If I may flavor-game: Bolas and Sarkhan?

So, my theory remains the same: the scum team is LMD and RN. What happened to the Colonel is beyond me, if anything at all, but we could be looking at a third faction.
