Maybe they'll come up with a rule that says you can play as many Reckoners as you want in your deck, that sorta makes this playable. Except I'd just replace the Test Pilots with more Reckoners then.

Unless there are ways to "fix" the randomness then this card is literally useless. You know a card is shitty when it wouldn't even get played in limited.
