I just read an emotionally-charged rant about art.

Art is one of the few things I will gladly get emotional about. It literally saved my life at one point, and I will repay it no matter the cost.

I'm interested. Tell me.

I'm not sure
how to tell such a story. At one point in my life I felt worthless, and discovering that I did actually have a voice through making pretty pictures was... well, one of the most memorable moments of my life.

It doesn't hurt that as a side benefit I found out that artists get all the poon, either.
