That deck actually won a Standard 2-headed giant tournament two weeks ago at my lgs...coupled with a MBD deck, because you're stupid if you don't have at least 1 guy playing Gary when you have two opponents.

LP I'd say it's in good position vs. smaller aggro, but looks weak to Splinter Twin combo in game 1 without Qasali Pridemage or a generic hoser like Thalia.

Someplace to take the discussion. I'll probably add lightning helix's and or some number of qasali pridemages to the deck.

The 4 colour version with GoST might still be the best.

Or Naya with 12x 1 drops, Goyf and Pridemage (classic Zoo).

I could see playing 16 1 drop zoo if goblin guides good enough.

Alternatively, grim lavamancer as main board tech.

4 Experiment One
4 Wild Nacatl
4 Kird Agpe
4 Goblin Guide
4 Burning-Tree Emissary
4 Flinthoof Boar
4 Tarmogoy
4 Ghor-Clan Rampager

9 Burn Spells.

Experiment One
Burning-Tree, Gobling Guide, Kitty, swing for 5
Bolt a guy, Goyf, swing for 11.

Or swing, rampage, bolt, for 17 damage.

Goblin Guide isn't constructed playable anymore IMO, I think it gets even WORSE with Nacatl back, because that's another matchup against which he is useless (all the x/3s).

16 1 drops makes a lot of sense.

4 Experiment One
4 Nacatl
4 Loam Lion
4 Kird Ape

4 Tarmogoyf
4 Burning Tree Emissary
4 Flinthoof Boar

4 Lightning Bolt
4 Searing Blaze
4 Gor-Clan Rampager

+ 20 land?

You want something a little more reliable in the burn spell section as there will be a large chunk of games you want to just throw fire at the face to make your tarmogoyfs bigger I think. I've considered 1-of maindeck pillar of flame.

Kills persist creatures dead.

If you can splash white, Path to Exile helps a lot against combo, Tron and Pod.

Path would be a 1-of maindeck.

Pridemage is very good, I can see 1-2. Win's Goyf-wars and has relevance against all the current top decks (and will kill Bitterblossom).

Lightning Bolt, Lightning Helix?

I agree that Pillar of Flame is excellent.
