Jaya Ballard.

Absolute best character in MTG history. Certainly the one with the best quotes.

"Of course you should fight fire with fire. You should fight everything with fire!"
Fuck you and the green you ramped in on. - My EDH battle cry. If I had one.

They kept bringing up the Junk reanimator list but never caught it on camera. I believe they said it made it in the top 16 though but I could be wrong.
Nevermind, that wasn't him. He was either playing junk reanimator or esper reanimator. He was testing both and leaning toward esper, but I didn't see that on the list.

Nevermind, this is him:

[deck]Yoshikazu Okada Dimir Control, Super Series Sunday Championship 2014 - Standard[/deck]

Guess he changed last minute, dropped some whips and white all together. He just loves whip + shadowborn demon.

Wow, Gruul Ragehammer is a very fun deck. Props to Fate for sticking with it for so long and to Val for coming up with a build that I really like. If only I owned Polukranos, Caryatids, Xenagos, Xenagos, Domris, 3 more of the g/r temple and a Scavenging Ooze :/

dpaine - we're discussing it in the Rb Dos Rakis thread currently.

freedom - thanks! I stole ideas from everyone (namely Fate and LP), brainstormed, playtested, brainstormed some more, watched the SCG coverage last weekend, and arrived at that list after a lot of thought. I'm in the same boat as you, needing 4x Domri, 1x Xenagod, 2x Xenagos planeswalker, 3x Caryatid, 1x Ooze, 3x Polukranos, and 4x Temples. I'll have to purchase most of that to play it at the PTQ (ouch) but I'm also considering the PyroSeer deck I just brewed as well. The latter wouldn't require nearly as much investment.

I don't see anywhere in the previous statement where freedom
specifically said they created the deck. All he did was give props for Fate for sticking with the deck and for Val for tossing up a specific list that he liked. I am all for calling bullshit on bullshit but at least make sure the call out applies.
