Iamopen2 just sent me a a question of "who works in the Postal system and a picture of a dude looking like a physics professor with "Aliens" as the lower banner. Guess Iamopen2 and I both saw it necessary to mail each other.

Just got back home and was DQ'd from the pt test by a serious hater. She claimed "I think his thigh touched the ground" during push ups. My running pants touch the ground and informed her of that. It is impossible to do a correct push up without pants touching the ground. The recruiter was perplexed but the Acadamy trainer must have just picked me to eliminate. She told me I should wear shorts instead of pants and that won't happen. WTF? I always wear pants! I asked her again if she really saw my thigh touch the ground. She would not look at me in my eyes to say that she saw I touched the ground with thigh. Never going back to an acadmy where trainers lie and give unearned DQ's. This was lubbock PD and I was very disappointed in their process. What a waste of gas money. Back to the game.....

Ham's comment on not needing to
chit chat has me concerned as he was talking to anyone early game as fun or sarcastic fun. Why not mail someone with that mentality of earlier? Just seems off. The comment on the fact he forgot the whole thing does not correspond with a detailed (for ham) comment why he did not mail anyone. It could be nothing, but it's something Town should notice. Thoughts?

Let's assume just for this paragraph that the watcher role is a scum role. How would a scum watcher who made a watcher claim act? He still obviously wants to clear the claim, because liars get lynched pretty regularly from what I understand. So, how do you verify when none of us have even talked about how? Well, if it's a scum role, then it's pretty easy to make sure it gets verified. All you have to do is have your scum buddy send a mail and watch the person it's going to. Hell, you could even mail it to the confirmed town guy to lend some credibility to the story. Put on a little act about verifying
that the mail wasn't tampered with and you've got yourself a confirmed role that looks pretty damn towny.

I'm not about to call Red scum because that points to Rez as the scum buddy. I'm just saying, if I were a scum watcher trying to verify, that's how I'd have done it. I mean, it does seem odd that only about half of us even used the mail and that Red just happened to watch someone that got mail. And odd that Red didn't get role blocked.

You're putting too much thought into that role-thing.
I claimed town watcher just because I am one and it would have been really, REALLY weird to claim something else then, maybe, come up later with some "you know, I've used that ability I said I didn't have and I've discovered that [...]", but rather than being that interested in the watcher part of the claim, you should ask yourself if I'm scum or not.

Now, I
chose to send my mail to imopen because I wanted to share my thoughts before dying in case I was the one who got lynched, yet I've avoided sending mail to C_P because I figured out that he would be a great target if scum had some kind of way of blocking incoming mail for a single user.

For the same reason, I've decided to check his inbox because I thought he had a high probability of being target of some hot night mail action.

Could be vote parking or a holding pattern? Notice that Ham is voting Captain Murphy alone as well. I don't understand why rcwrapsy posted or voted the way he did. He was very active and

We were at L-1 with a half hour until the deadline (11 am my time). I was active and posting from my phone. At 10:26, with 34 more minutes until deadline, I asked if raspy was around to answer questions before I hammered him.

At 10:27, MoJones casts the hammer vote.

How was this me avoiding the hammer? I stated clearly that I would vote for him, we weren't under significant time pressure, and having some input from him would be useful.

Sure, you clearly stated that you would vote for him, with the careful caveats that you were waiting for him to give some input AND that you were posting from your phone. I never asked
you to support my cause, I wanted you to justify your behaviour.
The way you're deliberately attacking the people who actually went for a pro-town move that you tried to stop until the last second while shifting the focus away from a player who was trying to gain time and avoid said lynch (ham) stinks.
