So a guy got fired from a local restaurant for refusing to serve a woman who looked like a feminist. Fess up, which one of you was it?

1x Brimaz <-> 4x Path to Exile (don't know versions yet), 1x Boros Charm, 3x Searing Blood

No, Brimaz is mine currently. I need the rest, I got Brimaz in a booster (almost never buy any), and I'm a cheap bastard when it comes to buying singles (don't want to buy a playset of PtE). Valuewise, I'd get a better deal, but it's still a bunch of uncommons for a mythic. I have no use for a single Brimaz (I'm not getting any more) and limited trading opportunities at the moment. My other option would be to get store credits for it, but there's no chance to get a PtE playset with those.

Under those circumstances, I'd trade the Brimaz and be happy with the fact that I'm getting a bunch of stuff I'm going to use.

Then why after I said no did you take the PTE count down? Don't try to hurt your own trade. You just laid out a bunch of reasons why it's a good trade for you. Me, I like Brimaz and wouldn't do it.

This is pretty much it really.

Well, the trade will probably end up different anyway. The guy could only find two spare PtE at the moment, so we'll most likely have to add something else to it.

Because I thought you looked at just the monetary value of the cards. In short, a bit of confusion over your response.

Going way out on a limb here, guys....but is anybody in here actually fit enough to do a proper headstand? My first attempts today were...laughable. Is there anything I should know before attempting this again? Cuz a spinal injury may ruin my weekend....

I'm not fit (I don't even lift), have terrible flexibility, but I can do a headstand for 5/10 minutes.

I do yoga though

You just need to not be afraid to do it and not try to do it on your first try. I've fell from a headstand a few times, your body is (usually) good enough at bracing for the fall, typically if you are tipping over just react like if you were doing a head roll, it happened to me twice.

http://blog.lululemon.com/five-steps-to-headstand/

Do it this way, but take baby steps, just keep your harms and head in a good position and keep your legs bent until you are confident enough in your equilibrium that you can lift them. Also if you are afraid of tipping over you can leave your legs slightly tilted towards the opposite direction so this way you are sure of not tipping over.

With good practice and good sense of equlibrium, you could pull a decent headstand in 1-2 onths

I found that starting with shoulder stands helped build up strength in the stabilizing core muscles needed to keep vertical.

Hey, thanks for the advice, guys.

Really, I just want to branch out from the whole "lift heavy things until I can lift heavier things" mentality when it comes to staying in shape. Trying body weight exercises and balancing seem like they'd have more applications in my daily life than just being able to curl 40 lbs 20-30 times, y'know?

I misread the question the first time and wondered what was so difficult about doing a handstand, since every 5 year old can pull that off. Then I saw the picture, and felt shame, for I doubt I could do one.

Ultimately that's my goal. And then maybe do some push-ups like that too.

I'm also working on doing 1-handed pushups. I was inspired by a buddy of mine at work when he did a 1-handed pushup on his fucking fingertips.

He said it took him forever to get strong enough to do that.

By my calculations, all I have to do is stay away from internet porn and not punch the clown for 2.5 weeks and I'll be doing upside-down 1-handed pushups from a single fingertip in no time.
