I mean, there's only so many ways to tell people that they need to slap others with their dick respectfully.

But just because we don't talk about it doesn't mean it isn't important. Your dicks represent this Clan and its fine membership - if you're dick slapping someone in a disrespectful manner and I hear about it then there better be a damn good reason.

Yeah, that's assuming Chandra is good and has a direct damage ability.

Otherwise, you could always just play Brimstone in those slots.
I would hope WotC wouldn't reprint [card]Chandra's Phoenix[/card] unless they fully intended to give
Chandra a direct damage ability.
You can always get it back with Gideon...

Crap. Red Planeswalker.
Ral works.
Hrm, counter-burn with Phoenix and Ral. Me likey.

However, I'm a bit hesitant on Phoenix while Pillar is still around.

How do you add a quote to your sig? I feel like Ham's "disregard the meta, acquire mountains" is like a good one.

If I was going to play this deck:

[deck]Creatures (31)
3 Skyknight Legionnaire
4 Boros Elite
4 Champion of the Parish
4 Firefist Striker
2 Firemane Avenger
4 Frontline Medic
4 Lightning Mauler
4 Viashino Firstblade
2 Tajic, Blade of the Legion
Spells (7)
4 Searing Spear
3 Pillar of Flame
Lands (22)
10 Plains
7 Mountain
2 Clifftop Retreat
3 Sacred Foundry[/deck]

What kind of sideboard would you use? Our local meta tends to be R/G Agrro, Esper Control and Junk.

I'd look into Boros Charm, Warleader's Helix, Boros Reckoner, O-ring and at least 1 Slayers' Stronghold in the maindeck.

Mutavault sees no eternal play? It sees plenty eternal play in any tribal deck.

That said, I'm still getting my playset now. I always prefer older versions of cards and I play lots of modern and legacy anyway.

Also, for the deck above, i'd follow ham's advice, except for the o-ring. It's a pretty bad card now with slimes running rampant.

Anyone else caught Man of Steel? I found it pretty shit. Lots of awkward scenes and undeveloped characters. It's like they tried to pack the bible into 50 words. Or redthirst's dick into a human vagina.

I played that deck last week and I hate it. I thought maybe constructing a decent sideboard would make me like it, but my sideboard is basically what you guys have said. I'm just gonna go back to RDW and make everyone angry.

Pretty much. I just came back from the theater, and the start seemed "off" and was full of bad acting; in the end they packed it full of enough 'splosions and destruction to put Michael Bay to shame.

Superman is probably the worst superhero. I'm a big comic book guy and I can never get into Superman stuff. Most of my friends who are into comics have been pretty "meh" on Superman the movie so I'll wait and check it out on DVD.

I agree. I'm pretty biased though since Batman is my favorite character. I have a whole shelf full of Batman graphic novels and boxes full of Batman comics.

I was foolish and read a spoiler about the ending of Superman. Now, I'll never pay to see it.

Batman all day, erry day. I swear, I watched The Dark Knight 3 times over the weekend. It never gets old.

This is gonna piss zemanjaski off, but M14 might actually make MBC playable, especially if midrange and aggro continues to dominate. Mutilate, sign in blood, corrupt, Lily of the veil, tragic slip, vamp nighthawk, and doom blade? Sign me up!

But, hey, if Thoughtseize is reprinted, I just might try to brew a deck, myself.

Many of us make our own, but I believe Photodyer is especially graphically-inclined.
