Unless Battalion is not something Wizards expects you to activate in Limited games, this seems like a completely unfair rare that almost borders on Pack Rat, but between the potential of Battalion being a joke ability and GTC Limited missing the myriad token makers and Populate of RTR, I'm willing to stay my calls that this card should not have been printed for the sake of an enjoyable GTC Limited.

Then again, that result is only slightly different than Turn 1 Cackler, Turn 2 Zealot, Turn 3 this.I doubt it's good enough for Standard, but it might make a fun budget option for BWR Tokens. Turn 1 Looting, turn 2 flashback some spirits onto the board, turn 3 this +2 immediate counters might make your opponent sweat a bit.
What about Turn 1 Arbor Elf, Turn 2 Burning-Tree Emissary and Flinthoof Boar, Turn 3 this? Makes a little difference. The boar even has a haste option here, and by turn 3 it would have 2-3 immediate counters (depending on if you swing with
arbor elf). I'd be sweating in this case.
Regardless, constructed worthy questionable, probably limited bomb.
